[Bug 507907] Re: ubiquity install of DVD ISO fails with "No space left on device" on Eee701 3.5G
OK, after another couple of test installs with wi-fi deactivated, I see
it's not connected with downloading language packs - simply the DVD ISO
has grown recently so it's too big for my puny little HD :(
(CD ISO installs fine on it)
** Summary changed:
- ubiquity install of DVD ISO fails with "No space left on device" on Eee701 3.5G (downloads extra language packs?)
+ ubiquity install of DVD ISO fails with "No space left on device" on Eee701 3.5G

Bug description:
Ran a fresh DVD homebrew from broth (bzr rev 306) and live boot was fine. Ubiquity install now fills up the 3.5G drive (I double-checked that ubiquity was using the whole disk rather than doing a side-by-side) and then crashes out with "No space left on device" message.
The DVD ISO should be able to install to a 3.5G drive, right? It always has managed to fit in the past.

I saw ubiquity doing "Downloading language packs..." which I haven't noticed before.
