  usb boot appears to hang on [Linux-bzImage...] for about 30 secs

Status in Puredyne liveCD/DVD/USB/HD:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Just after grub, my live-usb boot shows just this line:

    [Linux-bzImage, setup==0x3400, size=0x413e50]

  for about 20--30 seconds, before the normal stuff starts scrolling
  past.
