[Bug 718335] Re: xfce tip appears on login (gazpacho alpha)
It can be suppressed by adding a file to skel to create
~/.config/autostart/xfce4-tips-autostart.desktop with these two lines of
content:
[Desktop Entry]
Hidden=true
Opinions? Shall I add it? Or is it good to have tips?

xfce tip appears on login (gazpacho alpha)
Status in Puredyne liveCD/DVD/USB/HD:
Confirmed
Bug description:
xfce tip appears on login. did this used to happen? i don't think so.
in principle, tips might be good, esp for newbies - but maybe xfce
tips could be a bit confusing? hmm
