  toonloop refuses to run on puredyne gazpacho, looks for haarcascades

Bug description:
  toonloop fails to run in gazpacho dev dvd. when you run it from the
  terminal it chokes on failing to find

     /usr/share/opencv/haarcascades/haarcascade_frontalface_alt2.xml

  I can't find a package that would provide it. There *is* such a file,
  but it's not in /usr/share/opencv but in /usr/share/pd-opencv-data
