  make-live-device.sh don't work well

Status in Puredyne liveCD/DVD/USB/HD:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Using make-live-device.sh to create a usb external hard drive or flash
  drive don't work. You may be blocked on Grub2 boot menu with no
  working option.
