  restart required to validate option-change

Bug description:
  When disabling the option "show hidden shares", there is no change in
  the interface until pyneighborhood will be restarted. An update of the
  shares-tree doesn't help, you really have to restart pyneighborhood to
  make this option valide.

  When changing an option, the change should be valid immediately. Maybe
  a debug-message like "changed option xyz to abc" or "disabling option
  xyz succesfully" would be useful.
