Bug description:
  I needed to get the config.xml for a job. This will probably be needed
  by others. I implemented my own function for now:

      def get_job_config(self, name):
          '''
          Get configuration of existing Jenkins job.

          @param name: Name of Jenkins job
          @type  name: str
          '''
          get_config_url = self.server + RECONFIG_JOB%locals()
          return urllib2.urlopen(get_config_url).read()
