[Bug 1480838] [NEW] New upstream release 0.4.6

Public bug reported:

As mentioned here:

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=778292#10

Cheers, Phil.

To save you the effort of following that link, here's the text of the message:

The upstream version is now up to 0.4.6.

  http://git.openstack.org/cgit/stackforge/python-jenkins/tag/?id=0.4.6

In case it helps, I've applied the 0.2.0 packaging to that, and then
got it to build, with the result being here:

  http://ftp.hands.com/hands-deb/pool/main/p/python-jenkins/

with the git repo being here:

  http://git.hands.com/?p=python-
jenkins.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/debian

You should still make a thorough check of that though since I'm
pretty new to python. Having said that, it seems to allow the latest
jenkins-job-builder to run successfully on top of it, so it's not
completely broken.

** Affects: python-jenkins
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Affects: python-jenkins (Debian)
     Importance: Unknown
         Status: Unknown
