[Bug 1913496] [NEW] get_job_info lastUnstableBuild and lastUnsuccessfulBuild return wrong data

If a dev is trying to get lastUnstableBuild or lastUnsuccessfulBuild
from get_job_info, the api is returning the lastCompletedBuild instead
