When I was using GitLab, there was a conflict and a character in the description that couldn't be parsed.
But I can parse it correctly with ujson.

Bug description:
  hi.
  sometime, json.loads raise 'JenkinsException: Could not parse JSON info'.
  I suggest replacing JSON with ujson.
