Shawkat,

I am creating a new download file version 1.1 with the added Harminv
support (and improvement documentation), but will leave the default
settings unchanged for now in the public release. 	
The warnigns that are shown at startup clearly show how you can easily
change the default.
moreover, I will include a sample meep-site-init.py file that can be
used for those people who are interested.
if we have more time later, we can always change the default and then
also change all the tests accordingly
