Dear all,

I am trying to simulate a 2D waveguide in a very simple environment,
with an obstacle made of "CONCRETE" material, and I have some troubles
on setting the material proprieties of this element. Basically I want to
define an epsilon value equal to: ε = 5 + 0.1j but i don't know how to
do that.
If there is somebody that could help me with this, I would really
appreciate it.
