Hi all
 I have come across several "paper cut" type bugs in quickly but I
feel unable to submit or commit them because I cannot get past
test/run.sh failures. The major difficulty seems to be that running
test/run.sh requires membership of quickly to pass.

You have to be a member of quickly team to upload to its PPAs

Obviously ppa tests need to pass, is there any way to allow everyone
to run tests?
