Hi all,

I've been submitting a couple of bugs to Quickly recently, and I've
noticed that they are tracked both in the upstream project [1] and in
the Ubuntu source package [2].

Where's the best place to file new bugs? Does it matter if they are
submitted upstream or to the source package?
