Bug description:
  I am not exactly sure what version it is, or if this bug has already
  been reported. I can't read Russian, I'm afraid. There seems to be a
  problem where Qutim sends presence to a non-existent domain, receives
  errors in return, and instead of leaving it at that, and ceasing the
  attempts, simply keeps on trying to send presence, effectively
  throttling the server.
