  E->T button not fully functioned

Status in Multiplatform instant messenger:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If i'am typing russian text in english tab key and press "E->T" button
  - input converting. But in svn 154 symbol "&" not converted in "?".
  Maybe another symbols too, i'am not fully checked problem.
