  Multi-row tabs in chat window

Status in Multiplatform instant messenger:
  New

Bug description:
  When I open many chats in one window, tab bar becomes not usable, because I didn't see all opened contacts, but only few part of them.
  Many other IM and other apps already have multi-row tabs, or option to align tabs vertically. 
  I already create issue about this in Kopete and Telepathy, so will be good to see this fixed in QutIM too.

  Decreasing tab width is not so good idea, because with many tabs we will
  can't read name of contact and tabs will be not useful, here is result:

  This problem is exist already with Kopete, described here:
  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54194 and this issue got very much votes,
  so the problem is serious and must be fixed!
