I did not see this dialog yet, but I believe that "merges" should be replaced with "is merging" and "loads" (see string below) should be replaced with "is loading".

Please explain when these two strings appear: (before doing the described action or after?)
Manager merges history, it make take several minutes.
Manager loads all history to memory, it may take several minutes.

If these two appear exactly when a described process is taking place ,
then it should be "is WORDing"
