  OSCAR connection not approved after connection is closed

Bug description:
  С протоколом ICQ наблюдается такая беда: после какого-то времени
  нормальной работы с интервалом в минуту в лог пишутся следующие
  сообщения:

  Удалённый узел закрыл соединение

  Далее после этого идут такие строки:

  Authentication Required.  Connection not approved for 249058XXX.
  Error code from BOSS 24.  statusDetailCode 24

  Насколько я понимаю, это уже сервер ICQ принимает попытки коннекта за
  спам.

  After a period of successeful operation of ICQ protocol client
  disconnects from server. There are messages in logs that remote host
  closed connection. After that another messages appear in logs:

  Authentication Required.  Connection not approved for 249058XXX.
  Error code from BOSS 24.  statusDetailCode 24
