  build failure on linux

Status in Multiplatform instant messenger:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  following installation guidelines from INSTALL.txt [0] in qutim 0.3.1 results in a build fail [1].
  building qutim for linux is not possible at the moment, please fix that.

  [1] make responds with: no targets specified, no make file found. exiting
