[Bug 1186162] Re: icq uin 10 digits limit
Sorry, I found the problem. It was my fault. UIN was copied from windows
qip and it replaces '-' symbols to zero. So UIN XXX-XXX-XXX becomes
XXX0XXX0XXX and its length 11digits. So that is the probles I could not
start qutim. Now I enter 9 digit number and it works fine.

Bug description:
I've unable to add my icq account into qutIM because it has 11 digits,
but qutIM limits UIN to 10digits.
