  ssl handshake failed

Status in Multiplatform instant messenger:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  ICQ protocol doesn't connect in win8 pro x64 (SSL handshake failed)

  Preconditions:
  1. Windows 8.1
  2. qutIM_0.3.2
  3. ICQ account settinds in qutIM:
  - server: login.icq.com
  - port: 5190
  - use SSL authorisation: UNCHECKED (off)

  Steps:
  1. Install qutIM
  2. Create new user
  3. Add existing ICQ account
  4. Finish settings

  Problem: after qutIM tries to connect popup message "SSL handshake
  failed" is shown
