Bug description:
When the apache server fails to restart you don't get an error message. You don't know if it worked or not and can be surprised when it doesn't work anymore.

I removed a vhost and found * Starting web server apache2 [fail] printed in the terminal from which I started rapache. Somehow I was able to reach my website though. Apache2ctl told me that the server wasn't running and restarted it successful and the apache2ctl config file syntax checker told me nothing was wrong. So it seems that the server actually did restart successfully. But even if it's a bug in apache, rapache should inform you whether a restart was successful or not.
