[Bug 245214] Re: rapache does not start

 

Hello, the problem was a typo in the code.
File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/RapacheCore/ApacheConf.py", line 218, in value_unescape
    value = value.replace( '\\'.char, char )

Should be;
    value = value.replace( '\\'.char, char )

We fixed the problem in the branch.
We are working to update the PPA. So an apt-get update in the next few minutes and you shuold get the update that fixes the problem.

The installation warning had nothing to do with the problem, and was
fixed in the branch this morning.

I just installed rapache 0.4.

When trying to launch it from the terminal, here is what I get:

No idea what is causing this. I noticed one warning during the package installation though :
