It's a known issue with gksudo.
A manual workaround has been found, look in the comments in the bug cited above.
We're waiting ubuntu developers to ship the fix as an update, but still no news from them.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: rapache

I'm new on the source code world so I decided to post an error ocurred when I tried to load rapache with an administrator on terminal. There is the error:

How can I fix that?!

The system are running under UBUNTU 9.04 Linux using COMPIZ with emerald Theme manager.
