For all practical purposes, the Fedora package maintainer has abandoned the
package. Version 0.9 has been out more than a year. Fedora is the last
major distro not to package it. I suggest installing version 0.9.13 from
the program download page:

If you run into a problem while launching it, note this bug report, which
contains a fix in the last entry:
