Patch for small annotation batch import feature

Hi there,

recently I started using RedNotebook and think I like it to organize my
things to do and done. Previously Tomboy was the program that kept track
of my things and now I play around with both and see what applications
fits better for what purpose.

A feature that I missed while migrating was to be able to import list of
annotations into RedNotebook. E.g. I used to write down the Artist and
song title of a song I like and that I did not know before - like a
music to-do list. Now I wanted that list, which was kept in a Tomboy
note, to be all single annotations. Since that was not possible by
default, I added that feature. My changes are available on Github [1],
but still need some minor polishing. Your current upstream code resides
in the branch "upstream" while my changes are done in the branch
"import_annotations".

It has only that little functionality of splitting the given text into
single annotations. Of cause, the split delimiter can be changed and
customized. One can access the import feature through the annotations
context menu.

Maybe you find it useful, at least it is for me while trying to migrate
or adding lists of things as separate annotations. If you want a diff of
it, I will provide one if needed.

Regards,
Tom
