Hello everyone,
thanks to some detailed bugreports I was able to fix some bugs in the 
newest RedNotebook beta. It would be great if you could try out the code 
from trunk [1] and the new installer [2]. Look out for the following new 
features and bugfixes:

X Remember window position from last session
X Restore window position when returning from tray
X Let the sub-windows be displayed relative to the main screen
X Fix: Special characters inflate cloud black-/whitelist
X Fix: Insertion of templates (LP:696205)
X Fix: Do not load backup files accidentally (LP:705260)
X Fix: Preferences window can't be opened (LP:696186)
X Windows: Fix opening linked files with umlauts or other special characters
