[Bug 448052] [NEW] [ooo-build] handout layout is broken

In the handout tab, the layout cant be changed
1- Right clic on the page
2- Select layout
3- Nothing happens

The right bar which usally shows slides layout, tabular, transition ...
is'nt active so it is not possible to change the number of slides and
the organisation of slides on the page
