Hm, the original patch from
https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unzip/5.52-9ubuntu3 talked
about "UTF-8 file names" all along. Unfortunately I cannot read the
upstream bug, it's in Russian.

So if this was about non-UTF-8, it was very misleading. Sorry for
dropping it prematurely then.
