Note that importing menu actions that people have already tested, fail
on the latest version, e.g.: http://www.grumz.net/?q=node/205

And yes I've put the full paths where relevant.

Not being rude but was the product tested?  Maybe some unit tests (at
least testing of the examples listed on grumz.net) would have been
useful.  Testing is your friend :)
