[Bug 575166] [NEW] Cannot stream Netroadshow content despite having appropriate media content in Ubuntu 10.04
You have been subscribed to a public bug:

3) What I expected to happen is when I navigate to the website:
http://investors.firstenergycorp.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=102230&p=irol-
EventDetails&EventId=2971678
and click on "Click here for webcast" the pop-up comes up and plays
flawlessly.
4) What happened instead is that the webcast pop-up window comes up
claiming no media player detected (please see screenshot for more
details).
I did a quick experiment: I went to the NetRoadshow website:
www.netroadshow.com
Then to RetailRoadshow website:
www.retailroadshow.com
and it gave me a Browser Support Info prompt:
http://www.retailroadshow.com/sys/help/info.asp?m=browser
However, when I installed User Agent Switcher 0.7.2 and set the agent
for Internet Explorer 8, I could navigate around the RetailRoadshow
website and even watch some presentations flawlessly.
I did try this method on the first website mentioned above but that did
not work, got same prompt.
