We cannot remove the source from the stable release.  We need to update
the locales.  In Ubuntu, I don't see the locales in the Enigmail package
although it might be in the source.  Since Enigmail is in Universe, we
cannot use launchpad translations at present.  This should be sorted out
within the next few weeks as I wanted to get it done before the first
Lucid point release.
