I checked the differences between 0.4.9-3 (10.10) and 0.4.9-1 (10.04)
and the diff is the fix for the installation problem in Lucid and some
translation work. I think that the easiest way to fix it is to copy from
Maverick to Lucid-proposed.

I tested that:
- mysqmail 0.4.9-3 builds in lucid
- is installable without dtc-core being installed
- is installable and configurable with dtc-core being installed

Rationale for SRU:
- It's a non critical package
- It fails to install in lucid without dtc-core being previously installed and configured
- Nothing depends on it, it's in the suggest list of the following packages:
  dtc-postfix-courier
  dtc-cyrus
  dtc-core
