[Bug 600226] Re: redmine + apache2 shows permission error to access /etc/redmine/default/session.yml

Bug 575462 fixed in Debian is still here in Ubuntu.
It prevents the user from using the redmine package out-of-the-box using
- the passenger Apache mod.
