You can sum up all these posts in one sentence:
Realtec's RTL8192SE Linux drivers are buggy, there're no in-Kernel drivers, and Realtec doesn't have any intention to fix this. 

No one cares whether it works with some unknown router. It has nothing
to do with "the router". Your router configuration doesn't really
matter.

The device drivers at current state do not allow to use WPA Enterprise.
It's not deactivated, it crashes. It won't be fixed. Therefore change
the status to "WONTFIX" clean up this mess, and wait until Linux
supports this hardware, too.
