And, onWin4x64.
I initilized GPT,
I partitioned 2 NTFS part.
But these partitions are not recognize on Ubuntu, too.
GPT was not compatible.
DiskUtility shows me, not formatted 2.5TB. not  GPT, not MBR.

add:

Disk utility could not format GPT/MBR to 2.5TB. it failed. Gparted could
format partation table GPT/MBR.

[Diskutility error mes.]
Error creating partition table: helper exited with exit code 1: In part_create_partition_table: device_file=/dev/mapper/pdc_cdgjdcefic, scheme=3
got it
got disk
committed to disk
BLKRRPART ioctl failed for /dev/mapper/pdc_cdgjdcefic: Invalid argument
