I've proposed a merge of a new branch: lp:~justin-fathomdb/nova/check-
subprocess-exit-code, which now check exit codes when spawning processes
by default.

That change means that this unit test fails, so the check-subprocess-
exit-code branch includes the bug608505 branch.
