Changed this bug from just a simple problem with swift-auth-create-
account to encompass all that was necessary to get Cyberduck support.

** Description changed:

+ Cyberduck is a pretty popular way to use cloud storage; a quick How To
+ for it would be great. Also, there are a couple quirks we need to fix so
+ Cyberduck will work.
+ 
  If the auth server is running with SSL, swift-auth-create-account
- doesn't work and it should.
+ doesn't work and it should. Same with swift-auth-recreate-accounts.
+ Also, the auth middleware in the proxy won't work with ssl.
