[Bug 617840] Re: swift-auth-create-account should support ssl
Changed this bug from just a simple problem with swift-auth-create-
account to encompass all that was necessary to get Cyberduck support.

+ Cyberduck is a pretty popular way to use cloud storage; a quick How To
+ for it would be great. Also, there are a couple quirks we need to fix so

If the auth server is running with SSL, swift-auth-create-account
- doesn't work and it should.
