Sorry about all that. We are currently in a marathon to get this issue
fixed ASAP.

As you might already know, we're having troubles connecting to the
database server, which belongs to opensubtitles.org, and we're working
hard to fix this in the next days.

Rest assure that if we cannot fix this for any reason, we will refund
you.
