I attach also the PPD file for easier reproducing via

cat cv_libertine-evince.pdf | RIP_MAX_CACHE=256M PPD=rx500.ppd gs
-dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=cups -r720x360 -dcupsBitsPerColor=8
-dcupsColorSpace=0 -_ > out.raster

Note that the system is amd64/x86_64. On other systems you need perhaps
to choose a higher value for RIP_MAX_CACHE.
