[Bug 153727] Re: Ethernet device's MAC address changes (causing its device number to increase by one each time)

 

This still affects me with my CK804 NVidia onboard ethernet controller.
The detected MAC address is NOT correctly reversed back to its correct
order. I THINK this means the list of chips to reverse needs updating,
but I tried this quickly and it didn't work. I'm attaching a patch just
to manually use the reverse of the detected MAC address.

I toyed with DEV_HAS_CORRECT_MACADDR and other flags but no success.
