libtorrent uTP branch seems to be almost ready but it has not yet been
merged intro trunk (and of course not been included in any libtorrent
stable release yet). Basically, as soon as uTP gets merged into trunk
and that a stable release is made with uTP in it, then qBittorrent will
directly get support for it.

It is kinda out of my control at the moment but it seems to be
progressing quite fast on libtorrent side so hopefully we should get it
soon.

There is no way I will base qbittorrent on some unstable version of
libtorrent just to get uTP support. Stability is always the prime
objective and we include libtorrent advances only when they are well
tested. I cannot take any risk with this.
