[Bug 556686] [NEW] [10.04 Netbook] close button is on left while maximized

Since new Ambiance/Radiance theme affected UNE there's an inconsistency while windows are maximized or de-maximized. (see Screenshot attached)
"Close" button on Window Picker Applet should be at left side, but now it is at right.
