3) Thank you for reading this. What was expected to happen in Maverick
Meerkat is when one fully updates, installs:
+ Flashblock plugin through Firefox (which does not populate in Synaptic Package Manager or Ubuntu Software Center, and shows in Firefox -> Add Ons)
+ mozilla-plugin-gnash via Synaptic Software Center
+ gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg plugin through Firefox GUI prompts
then goes to YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xlkM9jD1xo&ob=av2n
the stream works or prompts user to install proper codecs.
4) What happened instead is the Firefox window grey screened and
remained so after 10 minutes and then I created this bug. I was just
giving the technology a test drive, no big deal. If questions exist,
please ask.
