Message #20832
[Bug 593290] Re: Terminator locks up with 100% CPU, when trying to split panes too many times
Tiny typo prevented vanilla and notitlebars tests from running. Fixed.
Inside VirtualBox, clean Ubuntu Lucid.
works: ./tt.sh vanilla 5
freezes: ./tt.sh vanilla 6
works: ./tt.sh notitlebars 3
freezes: ./tt.sh notitlebars 4
buggy alt-direction behaviour displayed: each of dirs1, dirs2, and dirs3 tests
freezes: each of freeze1, freeze2, and freeze3 tests
The automated tool includes a 'sleep 1' in between key presses. You can easily change the delay amount.
Also, if the geometry of the window is wider, then freeze1, freeze2, and freeze3 tests will not actually freeze, unless you do ctrl+shift+e more times.
