Message #20976
[Bug 654141] Re: ERROR: Failed to load plugin /usr/lib/ao/plugins-4/libesd.so => dlopen() failed
** Package changed: pianobar (Ubuntu) => libao (Ubuntu)
** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #590961
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=590961
** Also affects: libao (Debian) via
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=590961
Importance: Unknown
Status: Unknown
** Changed in: libao (Ubuntu)
Assignee: Luke Faraone (lfaraone) => (unassigned)
** Description changed:
- Binary package hint: pianobar
+ Libao should not by default report errors loading plugins. (NB: This is
+ fixed in Debian, and should automatically be fixed in the next sync of
+ libao)
I receive this error whenever I start pianobar:
ERROR: Failed to load plugin /usr/lib/ao/plugins-4/libesd.so => dlopen() failed
It's not a fatal error--pianobar appears to run without any problems.
But I thought you should probably know.
