Hi Pablomme,

What version of F-Spot are you referring to? The last time I looked at
the F-Spot Facebook Uploader (which, admittedly, was about six months
ago), F-Spot was using the traditional Facebook Client Login API for
authentication and permissions management, whereas Shotwell uses the
newer Facebook Connect API (see
http://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/108 for an overview of Facebook
Connect). The newer Facebook Connect API used by Shotwell has a lot of
nice features, so I'm not sure we'd want to "downgrade" the
authentication model that we use just to solve this problem. Ideally, we
can solve this problem while continuing to use Connect for
authentication.
