[Bug 555408] Re: Shotwell makes USB mouse flaky

 

Hi Jim,

yes, I have exactly the same behaviour.  It lists no devices, but half a
second later my mouse gets disconnected again. It's fully reproducible.

Hope this helps. 
Perhaps I can use the gnu debugger and run the detection step by step, so we know where in the code this problem occurs. Is that possible?
