Not experiencing anymore with Windows XP SP3 with latest updates as
Guest and Ubuntu 10.10 RTM as Host in Oracles VBox 3.2.8 and Compiz
8.6.4 latest for Ubuntu 10.10 RTM.

This can be closed if noone else expereinces such issues.
